Rental Fees

Base Facility Rental Fee ......................$900

Base Facility Rental Fee for Non-Profits .......$700

(Half day rental is 60% of base rental)

 

Box Office Usage Fee ....... $100 plus $.35 per ticket printed

Credit Card Fees for Ticket Sales .......................3%of sales

Box Office Assistant ...........................$10.00 per hour 

 

Techincians (Sound and Light) ....to be determined based show requirements.

(minimum of two per event for sound/lights) 

Crew Load In/Out ............$10 per person per hour (for duration of event)

(Load in/Load out must be supervised by a member of Turnage Staff)

Microphone (1 mic included) ...........................$10.00 each per show

Wireless Mic ...................................$50 each per show

Monitor Speakers ............................$25 per show

Video Projection System ................................$125.00 per day 

Spot Lights ...........................................................$25 each per show

Grand Piano and Tuning ................................................. $225 per day

Baby Grand Piano and Tuning ..........................................$150 per day

  Non Regulated Charges

Housekeeping .......................$50-$150 per show 

Ushers ...............$10 per hour/3hour minimum

(minimum of 4 provided by the Turnage) 

Cleaning and Damage Deposit ..............$200

(refundable minus any damages or excessive cleaning requirements)

 

Artist/Tenant Sales: 20% to Turnage of all artist merchandise sales including but not limited to CDs, videos, and apparel payable at the end of the event. An additional 5% required if Turnage provides a sales person.

 

Liability Insurance Policy: Artist/Tenant must purchase a liability insurance policy of not less than $1,000,000. Turnage Theater Foundation must be listed as co-insured and a copy must be provided to the offices of the Turnage Theater Foundation no less than 10 days prior to the event date. It is recommended that Artist/Tenant contact the insurance agency of their choice for pricing. If needed, Turnage Theaters will be happy to provide a list of liability insurance providers.
