- Box office hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. except for legal holidays
- For ticketed performances, the box office opens one hour prior to the performance.

ORDERING TICKETS:
- The Turnage is happy to provide you with 24-hour online access to purchase tickets through this website for all reserved seating events.
- You may also order tickets by calling the box office at 252-975-1191.
- To pick up or purchase tickets in person, visit the Turnage Box Office at 150 West Main Street, Washington NC.
- Ticket orders may be mailed for $.75 per order, printed at home for no additional cost using our e-ticket option, or held at the box office until the time of the event.
- The Turnage accepts Visa and MasterCard, cash and checks.
- Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. You must purchase your tickets to reserve the seats you want.
- General Admission Events (events without assigned seat numbers) are cash or check only, and only available at the door on the day of the event.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. We do not offer ticket refunds at any time for any reason. Exchanges may be made at the discretion of the theater prior to the day of the event at a fee of $1 per ticket.
Handling Fees
- There is no handling fee for tickets purchased at the Box Office.
- There is a $2.00 handling fee for an entire phone order, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
- A handling fee of $2.50 will be added to each ticket purchased on the Internet.

Seeing a performance with a group is not only fun, but economical. A
group outing at the Turnage Theater is a great way to see a wonderful show for an even better price! Discounts run as follows:
Groups of 10-14 people get 10% off their ticket price
Groups of 15-19 people get 15% off their ticket price
Groups of 20-24 people get 20% off their ticket price
Groups of 25 people or More get 25% off the cost of their tickets!
Bringing a bus load? Bus drivers get 1 ticket for free!
Organizing the group yourself? Organizers of groups of 25+ get one free ticket!
Refreshments
Concessions at the Turnage are provided in the lobby by the 2 Margarets event planning and staging. We have beer, wine, soda, coffee, and various baked sweets. Come in early for a treat, or at intermission. Concessions are CASH ONLY so please come prepared and be aware that there is no ATM within walking distance.
Small Children
Children Under 14 Must Be Accompanied By an Adult at All Times.
Due to fire codes, everyone (including infants) must have a ticket. There are no exceptions.
Children should be able to sit in a seat quietly throughout the performance. Unless a performance is clearly geared to children, the Turnage recommends against bringing babies and young children (under three) to major performances. Parents are advised to use their discretion when purchasing tickets for children.
The Turnage is not responsible for the content or material of performances.
Seating
- There are 3 seating sections at the Turnage. The Orchestra, which is all of the seating on the first floor. The Mezzanine (rows AA to CC upstairs), and the Balcony, rows DD-JJ.
