The Theater and Lobbies are available for rental.

Theater Base Rent

Theater Base Rent includes load-in on the same day, a single performance or event lasting no longer than 3 ½ hours and same day load-out. For multiple performances or events on the same day, the base rent will increase accordingly. A typical full day rental will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Additional hourly fees may apply if additional time is needed.

The Base Rent covers public areas including lobbies, courtyard, auditorium, stage and backstage.

The Turnage reserves the right to limit access to its business office, box office, commercial space, kitchen and technical support areas.

Full-Day Rentals

Commercial	The Greater of $800 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales
Non-Profit: Monday through Wednesday	The Greater of $600 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales
Non-Profit: Thursday through Sunday	The Greater of $700 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales

Partial Day Rentals (five hours or less)

Commercial	The Greater of $600 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales
Non-Profit Monday through Wednesday	The Greater of $400 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales
Non-Profit: Thursday through Sunday	The Greater of $500 or 10% of Gross Ticket Sales

Room Rental

Lobbies and Kitchen	$700	$400
Kitchen (when rented together with theater)	$100	$75
